This year is extra special—it marks 15 years since SHIFT began. It all started back in September 2010, when our founder, Ethan Brisby, started “Team SHIFT” to give young people in his Texas hometown more chances to learn, lead, and dream big.

Since then, we’ve stayed focused on one mission: making business education real, reachable, and life-changing for young people and adults alike.

Convertible Loan Notes

We're offering an opportunity to invest in SHIFT's future through convertible loan notes, aiming to raise $100,000 across five notes. This investment vehicle is structured to provide returns while supporting our mission-driven projects. It's a chance to align your financial goals with meaningful impact, and we're committed to transparent communication about how these funds will be utilized.

Equity Investments

In our strategic expansion, we're seeking $5,000,000 in equity investments from accredited investors. These funds are earmarked for acquiring income-producing properties in Kampala, Uganda—including a headquarters for our regional operations and apartment blocks. A portion will also be invested in income properties in Texas. These assets are projected to provide a steady income stream as we work towards raising $45,000,000 for the East Africa Forward Fund, dedicated to developing the SHIFT Forward Centers project in Uganda. This is more than an investment in real estate; it's an investment in community development and economic empowerment.
